Big Minibus Limited | Covid-19 Action Plan
We cater for all your airport transfer needs. Each of our executive vehicles are chauffeured by professional, smart and approachable staff.
Here at Big Minibus Limited we realise the impact that Covid-19 has had on everyone, both personally and professionally. Every industry has been affected, with travel and transport companies being one of the sectors to have truly struggled. With many established businesses that we have had the pleasure to work alongside having to unfortunately close their doors permanently.
With the rollout of the vaccines well underway there is now hope that the end of this pandemic may finally be insight. The team here are hopeful that this is a positive step in the right direction that will get us all back to enjoying some sense of normality. With that being said some things have now changed permanently, and for the better, and that includes certain things here at Big Minibus Limited. We have invested in the Ramsol system, a revolutionary mist spray that sanitises and disinfects both hard and soft surfaces and even the most difficult to reach areas on our vehicles.
Every minibus is fully treated with this system before we head out to collect you and your guests giving you the confidence that you are protected when travelling with us. We also use an infrared forehead thermometer when anyone is boarding the vehicle protecting both our staff and clients on every individual trip.
Finally, there is hand sanitiser available on all vehicles for all to use as they board and leave. All in accordance with the latest UK government and public health England guidelines.
As well as these changes we have been working closely with Visit Britain resulting in us being accredited ‘WE’RE GOOD TO GO’ showing that we adhere to the governments reopening guidance.
We must all be doing our part in controlling this virus and the spread of it, making ourselves, friends and families and colleagues stay as safe as possible. The welfare of our staff and clients is our number one priority therefore we consistently use the track and trace app to monitor all of them for any signs or symptoms of the virus.
We have updated our practises to meet all the risk assessments and control measures for COVID-19 and are constantly monitoring the situation and will notify all staff and passengers if there are any changes in the guidance given by the World Health Organisation.
We look forward to welcoming both old and new clients onto our fully sanitised vehicles as soon as we can.
